Dr. Ken, Dr. Marnie, and Dr. Kenny Collins combine advanced education, restorative precision, cosmetic detail, and a family-centered approach to dental care in Spokane and Spokane Valley.
Dr. Ken & Dr. Marnie Collins
Dentists / Co-FoundersDrs. Ken and Marnie Collins bring more than 25 years of dental experience in Spokane. Together, they have built a practice rooted in advanced education, thoughtful treatment planning, patient comfort, and lasting relationships.
A Cheney native and University of Washington alumnus, Dr. Ken earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University in 1997. Following in his father’s dental legacy, he brings restorative precision, cosmetic detail, and neuromuscular insight to patient care.
Raised in Tacoma, Dr. Marnie completed her undergraduate studies at Washington State University and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University in 1998. Her approach is compassionate, detail-focused, and centered on patient confidence.
Dr. Kenny Collins
DentistDr. Kenny Collins graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology. He then earned a master’s degree in Biomedical Science from Midwestern University.
He continued his education at Midwestern University, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and prepared to continue the Collins family tradition of thoughtful, patient-centered dentistry.
Endurance, Discipline And Family
Drs. Ken and Marnie share a passion for health, endurance fitness, and Ironman triathlons. They have each completed more than 25 Full Ironman races, bringing the same focus, preparation, and determination to their professional and personal lives.

Drs. Ken and Marnie Collins have pursued extensive education in advanced and groundbreaking areas of dentistry. Their continued training supports comprehensive care in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, orthodontics, neuromuscular dentistry, TMJ treatment, laser dentistry, and restorative care.
Their offices have also received the title of Spokane’s Best Dentist/Cosmetic Dentist for six consecutive years.

Shawnie
Dental HygienistShawnie earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Eastern Washington University in 2001 and has been part of the Collins team since 2007.

Shawnie helps patients keep their smiles clean, healthy, and vibrant. She is married to Aaron and is a proud mom to Ashtyn and Kendal. Away from the office, she enjoys family vacations, lakeside gatherings, hosting friends, and spending time outdoors.
Amber
Dental HygienistAmber has been caring for patient smiles for nearly 24 years and earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Eastern Washington University in 2001.
