SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how Collins Dentistry & Aesthetics uses text messaging, the types of messages you may receive, applicable charges, privacy considerations, and how to request help or stop future messages.
Last Updated: July 17, 2026Agreement To These Terms
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages from Collins Dentistry & Aesthetics, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to recurring SMS and MMS messages sent by or on behalf of Collins Dentistry & Aesthetics to the mobile number you provide.
Acceptance And Scope
These terms govern text messages sent by Collins Dentistry & Aesthetics, including messages sent through third-party technology providers acting on our behalf.
These SMS terms supplement our Privacy Policy and any other agreements or notices that apply to your relationship with our practice.
Consent To Receive Messages
By opting in, you authorize Collins Dentistry & Aesthetics to send recurring text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Your consent applies only to Collins Dentistry & Aesthetics and the messaging purposes disclosed when you enroll. Your consent is voluntary.
Agreeing to receive promotional or marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing goods, receiving services, scheduling an appointment, or obtaining dental care.
Types Of Messages
Depending on the consent you provide and your interactions with our practice, messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling requests and appointment updates.
- Responses to questions or other two-way communications you initiate with our team.
- General office notices, follow-up messages and patient-service communications.
- Requests for feedback or information about your experience.
- Educational, promotional or marketing messages when you have agreed to receive them.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointments, requests, interactions with our office and the messaging program in which you enroll.
You may receive up to four marketing messages per month. Appointment reminders, scheduling messages, responses and other transactional communications may vary based on your activity and care.
Message And Data Rates
Collins Dentistry & Aesthetics does not charge you for participating in its text-messaging program. Standard message, data and other charges imposed by your wireless carrier may apply.
You are responsible for charges associated with your mobile service plan. Contact your wireless carrier with questions about your plan or applicable charges.
Opting Out And Revoking Consent
You may revoke your consent and stop recurring text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. You may also use another clearly stated request indicating that you no longer wish to receive text messages.
Reply STOP to an incoming message to request removal from recurring SMS communications.
Requests such as QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE may also communicate your intent to stop.
After an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed. No additional recurring messages will be sent unless you provide new consent.
Opting out of text messages does not cancel an appointment, treatment plan or other service. Contact the appropriate office directly regarding appointment or care changes.

Privacy And Health Information
Information collected through our messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Text messaging may not always be encrypted or completely secure. Do not send sensitive medical, financial, payment, insurance, account or identification information by text unless a member of our team directs you to an approved secure method.
Messages displayed on your device may be visible to anyone who has access to that device. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your telephone and messaging account.
Delivery And Mobile Carriers
Message delivery is subject to wireless-network availability, device compatibility, carrier filtering, connectivity and other factors outside our direct control. Delivery is not guaranteed and messages may be delayed or undelivered.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Collins Dentistry & Aesthetics is not responsible for delays, delivery failures or errors caused by wireless carriers, messaging providers, device settings, network interruptions or other third parties.
Participating carriers may change. Your carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

By enrolling, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are the subscriber, owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
You agree to provide an accurate mobile number and to notify us if your number changes, is disconnected or is reassigned to another person.
If you are no longer the authorized user of a number, you should reply STOP before discontinuing use of that number or contact our office directly.
No Emergency Communications
Text messaging is not monitored continuously and must not be used for medical emergencies, life-threatening conditions or time-sensitive urgent care.
Call 911 for a medical emergency. For an urgent dental concern, call the Collins Dentistry & Aesthetics office closest to you rather than relying on a text message.
Program Changes And Termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of our text-messaging program at any time. We may also update these terms to reflect operational, technological, legal or regulatory changes.
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
We may stop sending messages to a number that appears invalid, inactive, reassigned, blocked or otherwise unable to receive messages.
