I found this place after an emergency, and was scared because I’d only ever had bad experiences at the dentist. This place has changed that. The Dentist is awesome and comforting, and the assistant was fun and very knowledgeable. She also helped me when I told her I was terrified during the first appointment. Overall the staff is incredible, the environment is comfortable, and I would highly recommend this place.

Not only were they able to get me on quickly for a semi-emergency to remove a permanent retainer that had cracked, but once I was there they were able to fit me in for the same time for a cleaning and added Botox! Everyone was so friendly, made me feel like an old friend even though I was a brand new patient. And best of all, rather than try to upswell me when I expressed interest in possible Invisalign, I felt they took the time to really decide whether it was something I needed. I felt like they were there for my best interest and not theirs. I can’t recommend enough!

He is very knowledgable in TMJ, and I don’t know where I would be if it wasn’t for him after my car accident. One visit/treatment helped relieve so much pain. My medical insurance covers TMJ treatment at a different dentist in town and when I called there I was treated very rude and was told they couldn’t see me until April. Dr. Ken saw me the day after I called. I will happily pay out of pocket to see him.

Everyone is always very kind and explains things completely. I took my 1 yr old son in for his first dental visit and he did great. They took things slow and showed him the equipment and were able to look at the teeth he had. He let them put fluoride on his teeth without issue and then let him pick a prize from a toy box. Great practice and staff.

I am deathly afraid of dentists. No joke: down-right terrified. The first time I had met Dr. Collins and his team, my teeth had been cracked after a fight with an unruly inmate at work about three months before. I refused to go in and be seen until the pain was too much for me to handle. Now, I’m a tough person, a tough woman. I can handle inmates, addicts, teenagers… It took me 17 minutes to come out of my state of panic. I walked through their doors into the most comfortable, welcoming, warm waiting room I have ever been in. It didn’t even smell like a dental office. I was in pain, but the awe took over. My fear started coming back- hands still trembling, breathing shortened, starting to overheat. It’s happening again. Told them my fear as they opened a bottle of water for me, consoling me. Dr. Collins comes out, calmly talks to me and I’m good again. Fast forward to the chair, glasses on, Dr. Collins and team introduce me to the gas thing on my nose and in 20 minutes, I am the happiest camper in a 30 block radius, no more pain, no more broken teeth and I am no longer scared. I am actually smiling! Me- smiling for the first time in nearly 8 years. I am no longer embarrassed by my smile. I am no longer in oain. As I will probably always have a fear of dental offices in general, I will never feel scared again at Dr. Collin’s office ever, ever again. In fact, I went back again for my follow-up. Still nervous, but they talk to me until I’m good again. Gas me up, baby! I have never had the gas before then, but will always look forward to it. Dr. Collins and his team work hard, do a fantastic job and really, truly care about everyone no matter their economic status, no matter their fears, etc. They all love what they do and it honestly shows. I will never go anywhere else again. Great folks, great environment, very affordable and very caring! Thank you for everything!

I have been to several dentists in the valley and not one compared to collins!!! I have had good and bad experiences with dentists and alot when in pain just want to pull teeth. I went here today and they were so friendly and really showed they care about their patients! And to top it off super gentle and actually try and help as much as possible!! And want to save teeth not just yank if they can :). Not all about money will work out payments and still do the work! Great place and people would reccomend to anyone needing a good dentist!
